First time using the services we were dealing with a very sensitive situation with a resident at the time involving a leaking head. Don and Seth came out personally to assess the situation and diligently came up with a game plan to appease the resident. They went the extra mile to make the situation comfortable for the resident which in turn made our lives in the office easier.
